About RangeWorks
Bringing the shooting sports industry into the modern era.
Ten years ago working in Silicon Valley, I noticed something that didn’t sit right. If you wanted to open a cupcake shop, you had access to the most cutting-edge sales and booking technology on the planet. But if you were building a multi-million dollar shooting range? You were stuck with software that felt like it belonged in 2005.
That gap didn’t make sense. The firearms industry deserves better tools. Range owners, retailers, and training providers shouldn’t have to fight their own software just to run their businesses. So we built RangeWorks to change that.
Why We Do This
We’re not just technologists who stumbled into this space. We’re shooters. We’re hunters. We’re Second Amendment advocates who believe deeply in the right to keep and bear arms.
But here’s the thing about rights: they don’t preserve themselves. The best way to ensure our freedoms get passed down to the next generation is through education. Every new shooter who learns safe firearms handling, every family that discovers the joy of a day at the range, every person who takes their first defensive pistol class... that’s how we keep this culture alive.
RangeWorks exists to help shooting sports enthusiasts connect with the best ranges in the country. To discover their local communities. To learn, grow, and become responsible gun owners. We do our small part in that mission by giving ranges the technology they need to reach more people and deliver better experiences.
Our Roots
We started this company because we saw an industry we love being underserved by technology. A decade later, we’re proud to power over 150 of the best shooting ranges and retailers across the country. We’ve helped drive over $45 million in online revenue and connected nearly 400,000 new customers with brick-and-mortar ranges.
The right to defend ourselves and our families from tyranny is God-given. But keeping that right for future generations? That takes work. We hope you’ll join us on this mission.
